基于重庆市机动车年检数据的在用车 排放状况分析

Analysis on the Emission Status of In-use Vehicle Based on Annual Vehicle Inspection Date in Chongqing

摘要: 基于重庆市 149 家机动车年检站的 82 540 条在用车年检数据,统计分析了不同年检测 试方法数据质量及通过率。结果表明:1)年检站数据质量平均分数为 89.3 分,双怠速法数 据质量明显较低,建议进一步加强对双怠速检验方法的规范性要求;2)机动车年检测试方法 中,自由加速法通过率最高,稳态工况法次之,双怠速法和加载减速法最低,但均高于 90%; 3)机动车年检站通过率符合正态分布规律,通过率过高或过低均不利于对高排放车辆的筛查, 建议进一步优化排放限值和检测方法,提高筛查效率。

Abstract: Based on the annual inspection data of 82 540 in-use vehicles from 149 motor vehicle annual inspection stations in Chongqing, the data quality and passing rate of different annual inspection test methods were analyzed statistically. The results show that: 1) The average score of data quality of the annual inspection station is 89.3 points, and the data quality of the two-speed idle conditions method is significantly lower. It is suggested to further strengthen the normative requirements of two-speed idle conditions method.2) Among the annual inspection test methods of motor vehicles, the passing rate of the free acceleration method is the highest, followed by the steady-state condition method, and the two-speed idle conditions method and the lugdown cycle are the lowest, but both are higher than 90%. 3) The passing rate of the motor vehicle annual inspection station conforms to the normal distribution law.Too high or too low passing rate is not conducive to the screening of high-emission vehicles. It is suggested to further optimize the emission limits and detection methods to improve the screening efficiency.
