摘要: 针对运动型多用途汽车(SUV)车型后背门气弹簧布置过程中计算调整量大且准确性 差的问题,对后背门开闭系统建立了结构力学模型,通过理论公式推导将后背门相关作用力 矩表示为后背门开闭角度为单一变量的参数,利用 Excel 表格的公式编辑功能实现了后背门 全开闭角度的开闭力计算,简化了计算调整过程,提高了设计准确性。提供了后背门开闭力 与开启可靠性的优化方法。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large amount of data and poor accuracy of forward design in the design of gas spring for suburban utility vehicle (SUV) vehicle tailgate, a structural mechanical model was built for the tailgate. The relevant torques about the tailgate were expressed as parameters with a single variable about the opening and closing angle of the tailgate through the theoretical formula. The calculation of the opening and closing force of the tailgate was realized through the formula editing function of Excel. The calculation process was simplified and the accuracy was also improved. The optimization method for the opening/closing force and the opening reliability of tailgate was provided.
