摘要: “互联网+”新业态改革、创新、融合的内核,实则是对传统行业从业人员创新创业能 力的更高要求。以咸阳职业技术学院机电学院为分析案例,剖析工业机器人技术专业人才培 养模式的发展现状,阐述以社会发展动向和制造业需求为导向的人才培养新模式的构建思路, 搭建人才培养新模式的具体实践方法,以期为高等职业院校培养具有创新创业素养的高水平 专业技能人才提供理论指导。

关键词: 互联网+;工业机器人技术;人才培养;创新创业能力

Abstract: The core of “Internet+” form is reform, innovation and integration, which puts forward a higher requirement on the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of employees in traditional industries. According to the industrial robot technology specialty at Xianyang Vocational and Technical College, the development of current training mode is analyzed. The construction ideas of a new training mode guided by the needs of society and industry are expounded, and the specific practical methods for the new training mode are discussed. This study provides theoretical references for vocational colleges to cultivate the skilled professional talents who own the innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
