摘要: 为了避免汽车制动盘防尘罩在使用过程中产生振动噪声甚至失效,基于形貌优化方法, 利用有限元仿真分析技术对某汽车制动盘防尘罩的结构进行了设计分析,确定了满足某新汽 车制动盘防尘罩开发所需求的最佳形貌结构,为汽车制动盘防尘罩开发提供了理论依据。结 果表明,该汽车制动盘防尘罩的第 1 阶模态频率为 118.04 Hz,满足大于 100 Hz 的新产品开 发所需的要求。

Abstract: In order to avoid vibration, noise and even failure of the dust cover of automobile brake disc during use. Based on the topography optimization method, the structure of a brake disc dust cover was designed and analyzed by using the finite element simulation analysis technology. The optimum shape structure was determined to meet the requirements of the development of a new automobile brake disc dust cover. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of dust cover of automobile brake disc. The results show that the first mode frequency of the brake disc dust cover is 118.04 Hz, which meets the requirements of new product development with a frequency greater than 100Hz.
