Abstract: Automobile dimension engineering is usually divided into early dimension design and later dimension matching. In order to verify the rationality of early dimension design, automobile dimension physical verification is an indispensable link. This paper introduces the basic concept of vehicle dimension physical verification, mainly from the two aspects of product verification and process verification, explains the main contents of automobile dimension physical verification and the function and necessity of relevant verification, and introduces the implementation method of physical verification combined with specific verification items, so as to make an overall description of automobile dimension physical verification, it has guiding significance for the dimensional physical verification in the new automobile development stage.
