某 SUV 车型空气弹簧设计及试验

摘要: 以某运动型多功能汽车(SUV)车型为研究对象,基于原型车后悬架螺旋弹簧的技术 参数设计了空气弹簧。利用非线性有限元分析软件 Abaqus 建立了空气弹簧有限元模型,对空 气弹簧刚度进行了仿真,并通过空气弹簧的台架试验验证了仿真结果的有效性;最后设计定 义了基于运动型多功能汽车(SUV)车型后悬空气弹簧的系统方案及功能,并进行了后轴空 气悬架系统的搭载,通过开展道路主、客观试验,对传统悬架与空气悬架进行了主观评价。 评价结果表明,搭载了空气悬架系统的车型在舒适性方面优于传统悬架原型车。

Abstract: Based on the sport utility vehicle (SUV), the system scheme and function of the rear suspension air spring were designed, and the air spring was designed according to the coil spring technical parameters of rear suspension. Then, the finite element model of air spring is established by using the nonlinear finite element analysis software Abaqus, the simulation results of air spring stiffness was proved to be effective by bench test. Finally, the rear axle air suspension system was mounted on the sport utility vehicle (SUV). The subjective evaluation test was carried out on the SUV vehicle with rear air spring suspension, the results showed that the vehicle equipped with the rear air suspension system was superior to the traditional suspension prototype in terms of riding comfort and trafficability.
