PLC 控制的工业机器人组装系统分析

摘要: 基于西门子 S7-1200 可编程逻辑控制器,控制汇博 HR20-1700-C10 机器人组装一套电 机模型,针对该可编程逻辑控制器控制的组装系统的硬、软件进行设计与分析。组装系统主 要由运输流水线、装配流水线、工业机器人和组装工件四部分组成,文章还介绍了机器人和 可编程逻辑控制器的选型,并完成了可编程逻辑控制器程序的编写及在线模拟调试,通过合 理的程序设计和人机界面,可以实现精确控制流水线组装系统。

Abstract: This design is based on Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller (PLC) to control Huibo HR20-1700-C10 robot to assemble a set of motor model. The hardware and software of the PLC controlled assembly system are designed and analyzed. The assembly system is mainly composed of transportation line, assembly line, industrial robot and assembly workpiece. The paper also introduces the selection of robot and PLC, and completes the programming of PLC and on-line simulation debugging. Through reasonable program design and man-machine interface, the assembly line assembly system can be accurately controlled.
