基于导轨滑块的隔膜泵改进技术

摘要: 隔膜泵作为空气源热泵的核心动力元件,其流量、耗能和外形体积均对空气源热泵整 机的性能起到至关重要的作用。当前的隔膜泵结构均为柱塞泵,这种传统结构虽然运行平稳, 加工工艺简单,但是存在耗能高、外形体积过大的缺点,已无法满足用户对空气源热泵的高 指标要求。针对隔膜泵存在的现状问题,通过数学理论分析和三维建模等研究方法,将直线 导轨应用在泵的结构中,取代传统的弹簧凸轮结构和连杆结构,经过计算分析,新结构隔膜 泵在工作中能够节省 2%的功率,有助于提高空气源热泵机组的能效比,同时新结构也降低了 隔膜泵的外形尺寸,使空气源热泵机组的占地面积得到相应的减少,这样也使其应用更为广 泛,有更好的实用性。

Abstract: Diaphragm pump is the core power element of air source heat pump. Diaphragm pump plays an important role in the performance of the air source heat pump because of its flow, energy consumption and external volume. The current diaphragm pump structures are all plunger pumps. Although this traditional structure operates smoothly and has simple processing technology, it has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and large external volume, which can not meet the high index requirements of users for air source heat pumps. In view of the current problems of the diaphragm pump, the linear guide rail is applied to the pump structure through mathematical theoretical analysis and three-dimensional modeling and other research methods to replace the traditional spring cam structure and connecting rod structure. After calculation and analysis, the new structure of the diaphragm pump can save 2% of the power in the work, which is helpful to improve the energy efficiency of the air source heat pump unit. At the same time, the new structure also reduces the overall size of the diaphragm pump, The floor area of the air source heat pump unit is correspondingly reduced, which also makes it more widely used and has better practicability.
