1+X 证书制度的民办职业本科“双证融合” 人才培养

摘要: 针对民办职业本科存在的问题,以汽车服务工程专业为例,阐述通过调研汽车企业人 才需求,制订汽车类职业技能 1+X 证书目录,修订人才培养方案、课程标准、课程体系,将 X 证书内容、标准等融入汽车类专业课程。改革课程考核方式,建立学历教育与 X 证书的学 分制度。使学历证书和 X 证书得到有效的“双证融合”,帮助汽车类专业的学生在获得学历证 书的同时,取得职业技能相关的 X 证书,成为高层次技术应用型专业人才。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in private vocational undergraduate courses, taking the automobile service engineering major as an example, this paper expounds that by investigating the talent demand of automobile enterprises, the 1+X certificate catalogue of automobile vocational skills is formulated, the talent training scheme, curriculum standards and curriculum system are revised, and the content and standards of X certificate are integrated into the automobile professional courses. And reform course examination way, establish academic record education and X certificate credit system; It can effectively "double certificate integration" between academic certificate and 1+X certificate, and help students majoring in automobile to obtain X certificate related to vocational skills while obtaining academic certificate, and become high-level technical application-oriented professionals.
