摘要: 为了使学生掌握失效分析技术,教师多年来以文献案例-教案设计-课堂教学-课外 学习的思路进行教学。根据教学大纲,对教学内容进行分解并形成知识模块,利用全文数据 库查阅文献资料,结合专业特点和培养目标进行教学教案设计。课堂教学中实施师生、生生 互动,依据失效分析的程序,教师向学生讲授深层次分析文献研究结果,挖掘失效分析所需 内容的有效信息,提出有效的预测-防护-防止措施。此外,课外学习途径与内容的推送有 利于拓宽学生的知识领域与视野。文献案例教学法的应用对未来从事失效分析工作的学生在 工程选材与加工、新材料与新设备研发及检测、事故责任认定与事件预防预测等方面具有重 要的实际意义。

Abstract: In order to enable students to master failure analysis technology, the teacher has been teaching with the idea of literature case-teaching plan design-classroom teaching-extracurricular learning for many years. According to the syllabus, decompose the teaching content and form a knowledge module, use the full-text database to consult the literature, and design the teaching plan combine professional characteristics with training objectives.In classroom teaching, implement the interaction between teachers, students and students. According to the procedure of failure analysis, teachers teach students deeply analyze the literature research results, mining valid information required for failure analysis, and put forward effective prediction-protection-prevention measures. In addition, the push of extracurricular learning ways and contents is conducive to broaden students' knowledge field and vision. Therefore, the application of literature case teaching method has important practical significance for future students engaged in failure analysis in engineering material selection and processing, and detection of new materials and equipment, identification of accident responsibility and event prevention and prediction.
