纯电动汽车续驶里程影响因素

Driving Range Influencing Factors of a Pure Electric Vehicle

摘要: 为探究整备质量等因素对纯电动汽车续驶里程的影响,以及相关因素的敏感度,利用 AVL Cruise 软件建立纯电动汽车仿真模型。通过对基础数据中整备质量、减速器速比、风阻 系数和滚阻系数的修改,得到 16 组仿真实验。分析不同影响因素的改变对续驶里程的影响以 及相关影响因素的敏感度。结果表明,纯电动汽车续驶里程随着整备质量、风阻系数、滚阻 系数的增大而减小;减速器速比取某一定值时,可以得到最大续驶里程;整备质量对续驶里 程的敏感度最高,减速器速比对续驶里程的敏感度最低。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of factors such as trim quality on the driving range of pure electric vehicles and the sensitivity of related factors, the simulation model of a pure electric vehicle was established by AVL Cruise software. 16 groups of simulation experiments were obtained by modifying the basic data of the curb weight, the speed ratio of the reducer, the wind resistance coefficient and the rolling resistance coefficient. Analyze the influence of different influencing factors on driving range and the sensitivity of related influencing factors. The results show that the driving range of a pure electric vehicle decreases with the increase of curb weight, wind resistance coefficient and rolling resistance coefficient. When the speed ratio of reducer is set to a certain value, the maximum driving range can be obtained. The readjust quality has the highest sensitivity to driving range, while the reducer speed ratio has the lowest sensitivity to driving range.
