摘要: 超高强度钢板的热成型技术是汽车轻量化的重要途径之一。论文针对热成型工艺特点, 采用超高强度钢板减薄的优化方法,对某重型卡车后处理器支架进行结构优化,并借助 Hyperworks 验证了优化后结构强度要求,减少了零部件个数,降重 37.5%,实现了轻量化设 计和提升生产效率的目标。

Abstract: The thermoforming technology of ultra-high strength steel plates is one of the important ways to realise the lightweighting of vehicles. The paper adopts the optimisation method of thinning ultra-high strength steel plates to optimise the structure of a heavy truck rear processor bracket for the characteristics of the thermoforming process, and verifies the structural strength requirements after optimisation with the help of Hyperworks, reducing the number of parts and reducing the weight by 37.5%, achieving the goal of lightweight design and improving production efficiency.
