某电动轿车前保险杠碰撞性能结构分析及优化

摘要: 为了提高某电动轿车前保险杠的吸能效果,文章选取某电动轿车作为研究对象,利用 分析软件 HyperMesh 建立整车与正面刚性墙的碰撞有限元模型,并运用动力学分析软件 LS-DYNA 求解器求解该模型,最后基于后处理软件 HyperViews 得到整车及吸能盒相应部件 的应力应变云图,对比多种吸能盒结构方案并得到最优方案,为之后整车碰撞分析提供一定 的参考。

Abstract: To improve the energy absorption effect of the front bumper of electric vehicle, a blade electric vehicle is selected as the research object in this paper, and establish the collision model between the vehicle and the front rigid wall by using HyperMesh. Then the dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA is used to calculate the model. Finally, the stress-strain cloud diagram of the vehicle and the corresponding parts of the energy absorbing box is obtained based on HyperViews. Three kinds of structure schemes about energy absorbing box were compared and the optimal scheme was obtained, which provided a certain reference value for future vehicle collision analysis.
