基于 PLC 的汽车主焊线控制系统设计

摘要: 随着工业 4.0 的发展,汽车生产企业对生产线控制系统的要求也逐步提高。希望控制系统既可以保证安全 生产又可以提高自动化生产效率。文章针对汽车主焊线的控制系统进行设计,使用西门子博途软件,以 CPU1517- 3PN/DP 为控制核心,PROFINET 为控制网络,构造可以实现 SX12 和 BSG 多车型混合生产的柔性化生产线。根据 主焊线的工艺生产流程确定了控制网络的架构程序的框架结构,现场设备与 PLC,人机交互界面与 PLC 之间的网 络通信,各 PLC 之间以及 PLC 与之间的通讯网络,上位机画面的制作和 HMI 画面功能的讲解及报警画面的功能 实现。

Abstract: With the development of Industry 4.0, the requirements of production line control system for automobile production enterprises are also gradually improved. It is hoped that the control system can ensure safety and improve the efficiency of automation.In this paper, the control system of main welding line of automobile is designed. Use Siemens TIA software, Cpu1517-3pn /DP as the control core, PROFINET as the control network. The structure can realize the flexible production line of SX12 and BSG multi model hybrid production. According to the process flow of the main welding line, the frame structure of the control network architecture program is determined: field equipment and PLC, network communi -cation between human-machine interface and PLC, the communication network between PLC and PLC. Upper computer screen production and HMI screen function explanation, function realization of alarm screen.
