Abstract: Light trucks and heavy trucks belong to commercial vehicles, both have similar structures of steering drive system and frame system, but their design concepts are not the same, resulting in the specific structure and design methods are also different. In a new energy vehicle chassis problem of local stress exceeds bid as a starting point, through the design check list and competing goods on the way to troubleshoot the cause of the problem, finally lock reason and spawned new energy vehicle steering drive system and frame system correlation design concept, for the following product design and design problem analysis provides the effective support.

摘要: 轻卡与重卡同属商用车,均具有转向传动系统和车架系统的类似结构,但二者的设计 理念却不尽相同,导致具体结构及设计方法也有所不同。以某新能源轻卡车架局部应力超标 问题为出发点,通过设计自查及竞品对标等方式进行了问题原因的排查,最终锁定原因,并 由此衍生出了新能源轻卡转向传动系统与车架系统关联性设计理念,为以后的产品设计和设 计问题分析提供了有效的支撑。
