Abstract: New energy light trucks, as the primary vehicle type for urban distribution, are maintained rapid growth in 2025. However, the current battery electric light trucks are plagued by issues such as short driving range, slow charging speed, and short warranty period, which severely impede their market promotion. Battery electric light-duty trucks equipped with dual-gun charging, high-capacity, liquid cooling and liquid heating systems, and extended warranty periods are key to overcoming the current development bottlenecks. This paper conducts a systematic study on the matching design of key components including the power battery, charging system, and thermal management system. By combining simulation analysis with experimental verification, it is concluded that under normal temperature conditions, dual-gun fast charging can reduce charging time by 50%, and the vehicle can meet the warranty requirement of 6.0×105 km. This solution demonstrates strong innovativeness and practicality.

摘要: 新能源轻卡作为城市配送的主力车型,2025 年保持快速增长。但当前纯电轻卡存在续 航里程短、充电速度慢、质保期限短等痛点,严重制约了市场推广。具备双枪充电、大电量、 液冷液热以及长质保期的纯电轻卡,是突破当前发展困境的关键。文章通过对动力电池、充 电系统、热管理系统等部件的匹配设计展开系统研究,并采用仿真分析与试验验证相结合的 方法,得出在常温环境下,双枪快充可使充电时长缩短 50%,且车辆能满足 6.0×105 km 的质 保要求的结论。该方案具有较强的创新性与实用性。
