Abstract: In view of the high cost, long cycle and low autonomy caused by the dependence of integrators in the construction of automobile welding workshop, this paper puts forward a six-step self-reliance implementation path of "model establishment, joint definition, movement relationship configuration, three-dimensional layout construction, robot debugging, offline program test" based on process simulation technology. Through the process designer process simulate (PDPS) platform, taking the automation transformation project of the back cover of a welding workshop as an example, the system explains the whole process autonomous simulation method from equipment model configuration, simulation workstation construction, offline debugging and optimization to on-site online operation. Practice shows that this scheme can realize the accurate planning of the robot welding trajectory, the virtual prediction of collision risk and the efficient export of offline programs, effectively improve the autonomous control ability of enterprise process simulation technology, and provide an empirical basis for automobile manufacturing enterprises to promote technological self-reliance, reduce the cost of external cooperation, and reconstruct the competitiveness of the value chain.

摘要: 针对汽车焊装车间线体建设中依赖集成商导致的高成本、长周期与低自主性问题,文 章提出基于工艺仿真技术的“模型建立-关节定义-运动关系配置-三维布局搭建-机器人 调试-离线程序试验”六步自立化实施路径。通过工艺设计与仿真(PDPS)平台,以某焊装 车间后盖增打岗位自动化改造项目为实例,系统阐述了从设备模型配置、仿真工作站搭建、 离线调试优化到现场在线运行的全流程自主仿真方法。实践表明,该方案可实现机器人焊接 轨迹的精准规划、碰撞风险的虚拟预判及离线程序的高效导出,有效提升企业工艺仿真技术的 自主掌控能力,为汽车制造企业推进技术自立化、降低外协成本、重构价值链竞争力提供实 证依据。
