Abstract: In recent years, the new energy-related industries in Changzhou have flourished, contributing to the city's gross domestic product (GDP) surpassing one trillion yuan in 2023. Changzhou has also established "New Energy Capital" as its urban brand. From the perspective of vocational education, this article investigates the industrial foundation of Changzhou's "New Energy Capital" and the current state of new energy skills training. It analyzes the shortcomings in the cultivation of professional skills for the new energy vehicle industry in Changzhou and proposes measures to enhance the quality of talent development in this field. These measures include optimizing program offerings, reforming the curriculum system, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, and fostering a craftsman spirit, all of which aim at supporting Changzhou's goal of building a "New Energy Capital".

摘要: 近年来,常州新能源相关产业蓬勃发展,2023 年助力常州国内生产总值(GDP)破万 亿,常州也将“新能源之都”作为城市名片进行打造。文章从职业教育角度出发,调研常州 市“新能源之都”的产业基础和新能源技能人才培养的现状,分析当下常州市的新能源汽车 专业技能人才培养的不足,并着力提出从专业设置、课程体系改革、校企合作以及工匠精神 培养等方面提升新能源汽车专业技能人才培养质量,助力常州“新能源之都”建设目标。
