Abstract: With the continuous introduction and independent development of truck technologies, customer demands for fuel efficiency, emission reduction, and lightweight vehicle design are growing steadily. The new sheet-type lateral thrust rod stands as a crucial component in heavy-duty truck chassis suspension systems. Primarily designed to suppress body roll and enhance handling stability, this parallel-arranged component works with an integrated balance shaft to significantly improve the chassis's torsional resistance. The redesigned configuration delivers notable weight reduction while maintaining performance, featuring advantages such as simplified structure, streamlined manufacturing processes, cost control, and convenient transportation and storage requirements.

摘要: 随着卡车技术的不断引进与自主发展,客户对节油减排和整车轻量化的需求日与俱增。 新型片状横向推力杆是重型卡车底盘悬架中重要的关键零部件之一,横向推力杆总成主要用 于抑制车身侧倾,提升操控稳定性。其布置与车桥平行,采用此种推力杆配合外加整体式平 衡轴的结构,整车底盘抗扭曲能力大幅提高,其变化后整车减重效果明显,在满足性能的同 时,具备结构简洁、制造工艺简化、成本可控和运输及存储便捷等优点。
