新能源汽车高速电机系统测试台架设计与应用

Abstract: Due to the inability of traditional motor testing bench to meet the speed measurement requirements of high-speed motors for new energy vehicle, this paper designs a new energy electric drive system testing bench, which includes key components such as a power dynamometer, battery simulator, cooling system, data acquisition and analysis system, and upper computer control system. A permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to replace the traditional three-phase asynchronous alternating current motor used in the test bench as the dynamometer, and a high-precision Qishile speed and torque sensor is adopted. A complete test bench system is built. The system is able to comprehensively and accurately detect key indicators such as energy efficiency, power performance, thermal stability, and heat dissipation performance of high-speed motors for new energy vehicle can provide strong support for the optimization and performance improvement of new energy vehicle power systems.

摘要: 因传统电机测试台架无法满足新能源汽车高速电机的测速需求,文章设计了一种新能 源电驱动系统测试台架,其包含电力测功机、电池模拟器、冷却系统、数据采集与分析系统, 以及上位机控制系统等关键组件,用永磁同步电机替代了传统测试台架使用的三相异步交流 电机作为测功机,采用了高精度的奇石乐转速转矩传感器,搭建了一套完整的台架测试系统。 该系统能够全面、精确地检测新能源汽车高速电机的能效、动力性能、热稳定性和散热性能 等关键指标,可以为新能源汽车动力系统的机构优化与性能提升提供有力支撑。
