Abstract: Under the guidance of the "dual carbon" goals, the new energy vehicle market in Shiyan city has developed rapidly, but it still faces problems such as insufficient core technological innovation, inadequate industrial chain coordination, and restricted market promotion. Based on the theory of new quality productivity and in combination with market research data, this article analyzes the enabling effects of four major paths-technology-driven, industrial synergy, basic support, and green transformation-on the new energy vehicle market in Shiyan. The results show that the proposal of new quality productivity provides theoretical support and practical paths for the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle market in Shiyan.

摘要: 在“双碳”目标的引领下,十堰市新能源汽车市场快速发展,但仍面临核心技术创新 不足、产业链协同不够、市场推广受限等问题。文章基于新质生产力理论,结合市场调查数 据,分析技术驱动、产业协同、基础支撑和绿色转型四大路径对十堰新能源汽车市场的赋能 作用。结果表明,新质生产力的提出为十堰新能源汽车市场的高质量发展提供理论支撑和实 践路径。
