Research on the Wide Area Elastic Graduation Course Model Based on School Enterprise Cooperation -Taking Vehicle Engineering Major as an Example

基于校企合作广域弹性毕业课程模式研究 ——以车辆工程专业为例

Abstract: In response to the problems existing in the graduation course model, a wide area flexible graduation course elective innovation mode integrating multiple majors has been established in this paper. Deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, in collaboration with graduation supervisors, jointly developed a graduation course module of "one person, one case, one person, two courses", analyzing the types and methods of teaching for four mechanical majors, as well as sample combinations of graduation courses. Through the implementation of graduation courses for the mechanical and vehicle groups, students' initiative and pertinence in learning courses have been enhanced, and the professional knowledge system of students' employment positions has been expanded to meet the demand of enterprises for applied talents. Cross disciplinary wide area flexible elective courses are more suitable for the diversity and variability of graduates' employment enterprises, deepening the three in one training model of schools, enterprises, and mentors.

摘要: 针对本科毕业课程模式中存在的问题,文章建立了多专业融合的广域弹性毕业课程选 修创新模式。校企深度合作联合毕设导师共同制定“一人一案、一人两课”的毕业课程模块, 分析了四个机械类专业课程的授课种类、方式以及毕业课程样本组合例子。通过对车辆组和 机械组毕业课程授课实施,增强了学生学习课程的主动性和针对性,扩大了学生就业岗位的 专业知识体系,满足了企业对应用型人才的需求。跨专业广域弹性选修课程更适合于毕业生 就业企业的多样性和多变性,深化了学校、企业与导师三位一体的培养模式。
