Abstract: During the trial operation of a hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck, the air filter of the intake system is flooded, resulting in the insulation failure of the hydrogen fuel cell air compressor and the failure of the vehicle to start. Through the investigation of the user site, it is found that the user maintenance is not timely. The reason of water intake at the design end is analyzed, and it is found that there are some defects such as unreasonable design of water removal structure and insufficient verification of water separation performance. The traditional verification method of water separation efficiency of energy intake system is no longer applicable to hydrogen fuel vehicles. By improving the user's instructions, re-designing the water removal structure of the intake system, and improving the test conditions of the bench, the water intake problem of the user's car on the market is gradually solved, and the reference is provided for the solution of similar engineering problems.

摘要: 某氢燃料电池重卡在用户试运行阶段出现进气系统空滤器进水,导致氢燃料电池空压 机绝缘失效,引起整车无法启动的故障。文章通过对用户现场进行调研,发现存在用户保养 不及时的情况;对设计端进行进水原因分析,发现存在除水结构设计不合理、水分离性能验 证不充分等缺陷,传统能源进气系统水分离效率的验证方法不再适用氢燃料车型。通过完善 用户使用说明、对进气系统除水结构重新设计、改进台架测试工况的方法,阶段性解决市场 上用户车出现的进水问题,为相似工程问题的解决提供参考。
