Abstract: In order to further explore engine cooling system data, improve and optimize engine performance, this article measures and analyzes the cooling system data of the Volkswagen Sagitar EA211 engine, summarizes various factors that cause engine cooling system failures and their specific manifestations, and further analyzes and refines the control strategy of the engine electronic fan on this basis. Through in-depth exploration, research, and analysis of engine cooling system fault data, guidance is provided to effectively reduce its fault occurrence rate, fully improve fuel efficiency, and ensure the normal operation of the engine.

摘要： 为了进一步挖掘发动机冷却系统数据，提升和优化发动机工作性能，文章对大众速腾 EA211 发动机冷却系统数据进行了测量和分析，总结了导致发动机冷却系统故障的各种因素 及其具体表现，并在此基础上进一步分析并提炼出发动机电子风扇的控制策略。通过对发动 机冷却系统故障数据的深挖、研究和分析，为有效降低其故障出现率，充分提高燃油效率， 保证发动机的正常运行提供指导意义。
