Abstract: As an important pilot who not only affects whether students can "become" and determines whether students can "become talents", teachers play a decisive role in the quality of teaching and educating people. Therefore, according to the curriculum characteristics and teaching objectives of automobile construction, through the combination of "course content=knowledge point+case+moral education", combine the knowledge points of the course with the actual typical cases, and according to the actual situation of the case, values and other moral elements of the case into the knowledge, character sublimation education for students, so that students, while mastering professional knowledge, infected and influenced by the core socialist values, truly realizes the deep integration of "knowledge imparting" and "value leading", while improving the quality of education, it also improves the education level of course teachers, it plays a positive role in promoting the curriculum construction and professional development.

摘要: 教师作为学生能否“成人”和可否“成才”的传道授业者,对育人育才质量起着决定 性作用。因此,根据汽车构造课程特点和教学目标,通过“课程内容=知识点+典型案例”相 结合的办法,把课程知识点与实际案例进行融合创新设计,并根据案例实际情况将人生观、 价值观等德育元素融入到知识传授过程中,对学生进行价值观塑造,使学生在学习课程知识 的同时,得到习近平总书记三全育人思想的熏陶,真正实现教师“知识传授”与“价值引领” 的双重作用,在提高育人育才质量的同时也提升了教师自身的综合教育能力,对课程建设和 专业发展都有重要促进作用。
