nfluence of Coupling Roller Speed on Wall Thickness of Roll Forming of Ultra-thin Walled Rings

耦合辊轮转速对超薄壁环件滚压成形壁厚影响

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of the coupling speed of the drive roller and the guide roller on the wall thickness of the ultra-thin wall ring is studied by the simulation analysis and the actual test verification. The results show that the average thinning rate of the wall thickness increases with the increase of the drive roller speed. However, when coupling two rollers, the driving roller speed is 0.2 rad/s, and the coupling guide roller speed is 0.2 rad/s. When machining in the medium speed range, the increase of guide roller speed can reduce the thinning rate of ring wall thickness to a certain extent, and too high or too low guide roller speed is cause the thinning rate of material wall thickness to increase. The influence of coupling effect of roller speed on the thinning rate of ring wall and its change rule revealed in this study are helpful to improve the processing fluency and thickness consistency of metal sealing ring, and provide reference for the sealing research of automotive exhaust system and other related fields.

摘要: 文章结合仿真分析和实际的试验验证,研究了驱动以及导向辊轮在不同转速耦合时对 超薄壁环件的壁厚影响,结果表明,壁厚平均减薄率随驱动辊转速的增大而不断增大。然而 在耦合双辊时,驱动辊转速为 0.2 rad/s,耦合导向辊为 0.2 rad/s 时为最优加工参数。在中速区 间加工时,导向辊转速的提升可一定程度促使环件壁厚减薄率下降,过高或过低的导向辊转 速均会导致材料壁厚减薄率上升。该项研究揭示的辊轮转速耦合效应对于环件壁厚减薄率的 影响及其变化规律,有助于改善金属密封圈的加工流畅性、厚度一致性,对汽车排气系统等 相关领域的密封性研究提供借鉴和参考。
