Abstract: With the rapid development of the automotive industry, users have increasingly high requirements for the dashboard assembly in the cockpit. Currently, TY company still uses traditional plate chain lines for assembly. In response to the problems of limited workstations, multiple types of components, low automation level, difficulty in tooling vehicle recycling, and the need for manual handling of the dashboard assembly, the assembly process of the dashboard assembly is redivided and the pace is balanced. The dedicated assembly line reduces the stacking of materials on the line, reduces the number of production tooling vehicle recycling operators, reduces the intensity of finished product offline transportation, improves material warehousing management ability.

摘要: 随着汽车行业的快速发展,用户对驾驶舱仪表总成总成的要求也越来越高,目前 TY 公司仍采用传统板链线进行装配,针对目前使用的流水线工位少、零部件种类多、自动化程 度低、工装车回收困难、仪表总成下线需要人工搬运等问题,通过对仪表总成装配过程进行 重新划分和节拍平衡,专用流水线在减少线边物料堆放、减少生产工装车回收作业人员,降 低成品下线搬运强度,提升物料仓储管理能力。
