Abstract: The development of new energy vehicles is an important strategy for implementing national energy-saving, emission reduction, and low-carbon economic policies. With the vigorous development of intelligence, the development trend of the steering system for new energy light truck logistics vehicle has shifted from traditional electric hydraulic power steering (EHPS) system to pure electric power steering (EPS) system. In the future, pure wire controlled steer by wire (SBW) technology will be implemented. This article combines the structure, principles, and control logic and comparison of advantages and disadvantages, briefly discussing the development trend of new energy light truck logistics vehicle steering system.

摘要: 新能源汽车的发展是落实国家节能减排、发展低碳经济政策的重要战略。随着智能化 的大力发展,新能源轻卡物流车转向系统已由传统电动液压助力转向(EHPS)系统向纯电动 助力转向(EPS)系统转变,未来将实现纯线控转向(SBW)系统技术。结合 EHPS、EPS 的 结构、原理、控制逻辑及优劣势,浅谈新能源轻卡物流车转向系统发展趋势。
