Abstract: Intelligent connected vehicle is an emerging industry under the background of a new round of scientific and technological revolution. It integrates many high-tech industries such as automobile, cloud computing, big data, sensors and so on. It is an indispensable part of cultivating world-class advanced manufacturing clusters in China. By investigating and collecting the development status, technical characteristics and industrial characteristics of intelligent connected vehicle industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Henan province in the development of intelligent connected vehicle industry, based on the current situation of Henan province automobile manufacturing industry. Based on the advantages of population, universities, talents and regions in Henan province, this paper puts forward the feasible strategies for the highquality development of Henan province intelligent connected vehicle industry cluster, so as to realize the leading role of Henan automobile manufacturing industry. The layout and development ideas of Henan province intelligent connected vehicle industry cluster provide reference for the construction of demonstration areas in other provinces and cities in China.

摘要: 智能网联汽车是新一轮科技革命背景下的新兴产业,融合了汽车、云计算、大数据、 传感器等诸多高新技术产业,是我国培育世界级先进制造业集群不可或缺的内容。文章通过 调研和收集国内外智能网联汽车产业的发展现状、技术特点、产业特性等,基于河南省汽车 制造业的现状,分析河南省发展智能网联汽车产业存在的优势和不足。基于河南省人口优势、 高校优势、人才优势、区域优势等,提出河南省智能网联汽车产业集群高质量发展的可行性 策略,实现汽车制造业换道领跑。河南省智能网联汽车产业集群的布局和发展思路为国内其 他省市示范区提供了参考。
