Abstract: In the teaching of the integrated course of mechanical design and manufacturing theory and practice, there is a problem of independent and unrelated modules. The paper takes the air compressor, a typical product of automobiles, as the object to study the application of digital technology in the teaching reform of the integrated theory and practice course. Combining digital design of air compressors with performance analysis, digital design with process procedures and fixtures, and digital manufacturing with computer numerical control machining in teaching has improved the digital correlation of various modules in the course, providing guarantee for cultivating digital talents required by enterprises.

摘要: 在机械设计制造理实一体化课程教学中,存在各模块相互独立、没有关联的问题。文 章以汽车典型产品空气压缩机为对象,研究了数字化技术在理实一体化课程教学改革中的应 用。在教学中将空压机数字化设计与性能分析结合,数字化设计与工艺规程与夹具结合,数 字化制造与数控加工相结合,提高了课程各模块的数字化关联,为培养企业所需要的数字化 人才提供了保障。
