Abstract: In this paper, the fracture failure of the air horn bracket is studied based on a vehicle model market. In view of the rupture problem of the horn bracket, this paper makes a deep analysis from the factors of the rupture of the sheet metal bracket. By using computer aided engineering (CAE) for strength analysis, modal analysis and bench test, the root cause of the problem is determined and optimized, and the improved structure is verified by bench vibration test, and finally the use requirements are met and the risk of fracture is completely eliminated. In this paper, the fracture factors and verification methods are summarized to accumulate experience for optimization and verification of similar problems.

摘要: 文章基于某车型市场出现气喇叭支架断裂失效问题。针对出现的气喇叭支架断裂问题, 从钣金支架开裂的因素进行深入分析。通过使用计算机辅助工程(CAE)进行强度分析、模 态分析、台架试验等手段,确定问题根本原因进行优化,并对改进结构进行台架振动试验验 证,最终达到使用要求,彻底杜绝断裂风险。文章主要对断裂因素及验证方法进行概述,为 后续类似问题优化及验证积累经验。
