Abstract: Through the investigation and visit to many schools in Germany, this paper investigates and studies the German dual system education model, defines the connotation and essence of dual system education, compares the training model of domestic modern apprenticeship and enterprise new apprenticeship, summarizes the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign education models, draws lessons from the dual system model, learns the advantages of dual system education model, and launches the thinking on the construction of enterprise new apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship. Put forward several suggestions on the reform of vocational education teaching, such as the direction of reform and the reconstruction of the curriculum system and teaching content.

摘要: 通过对德国多所学校、企业的调研走访,考察学习了德国双元制教育模式,明确了双 元制教育的内涵要义,对比国内企业新型学徒制、现代学徒制培养模式,总结国内外教育模 式之间的异同,借鉴双元制模式,学习双元制教育模式的优点,展开关于企业新型学徒制、 现代学徒制等面向现代化的中国特色学徒制建设的思考。提出改革方向和重构课程体系及教 学内容等关于职业教育教学改革的几点建议。
