Abstract: In view of the increasingly serious gap between industry and education, and the difficulty in employment of graduates in higher vocational education, this paper aims at the integration of industry and education, takes 20 items of vocational education as the guiding ideology, and relies on the professional post requirements of local industry enterprises in the training of professional talents in automobile industry, carries out the sorting and reconstruction of teaching work, and implements the post-oriented teaching, which has achieved fruitful results. It has certain guiding significance for further research and exploration of industry-education integration.

摘要: 针对产教脱节日趋严重,高职培养毕业生难以上岗就业问题。文章以产教融合为目的、 以职教 20 条为指导思想,在汽车类专业职业人才培养上依托地方行业企业对口专业岗位需 求,开展教学工作梳理和重新构建,实施岗位化教学取得丰硕成果。对产教融合的进一步研 究探索有一定的指导意义。
