Abstract: For special vehicles limited by the installation space and range of various requirements, the main and auxiliary fuel tanks are usually arranged on the left and right sides, which also brings the vehicle in the side slope driving or damage to the fuel tank and other conditions, can not ensure the normal running of the vehicle. This paper provides a kind of special automobile fuel switching system, can realize the main fuel tank and oil switch, ensure vehicle main fuel tank and each other and with the function of redundancy as, in order to improve the range of the vehicle, solve the vehicle travels side slope fuel tank fuel overflow problems in unilateral, ensure the safety of the car travels in the side slope.

摘要: 针对特种汽车受限于安装空间及续航里程的多种要求,通常采用主副燃油箱左右分别 布置,这也带来车辆在侧坡行驶或单侧燃油箱损坏等工况下的燃油溢出或泄漏,无法保证车 辆正常行驶。文章提供了一种特种汽车用燃油切换系统,可以实现主副燃油箱油路切换、保 证车辆主副燃油箱互通以及带冗余截止功能,以提高车辆的续航里程,解决车辆侧坡行驶时 单侧燃油箱燃油不溢出等问题,保证车辆在侧坡行驶时的安全性。
