Abstract: In order to establish a driver's comfortable sitting posture model based on the size of the Chinese human body and improve the driver's driving comfort, this paper selects different driving seat heights, collects the driver's comfortable driving posture, and fits the driver's driving H point and the positional relationship between the steering wheel and the pedal points. The comfortable driving sitting posture models of men, women, and men and women are obtained, and the design values of the seat position and steering wheel position corresponding to various seat heights are given, which has certain guiding significance for the driver's driving comfort design.

摘要: 为了建立基于中国人体尺寸的驾驶员舒适坐姿模型,提升驾驶员的驾乘舒适性,文章 选取不同的驾驶座椅高度,通过采集驾驶员的舒适驾车姿态,拟合出驾驶员的驾驶 H 点与方 向盘及踏板点的位置关系,得出男性、女性和男女性的舒适驾驶坐姿模型,并给出了各种座 椅高度对应的座椅位置和方向盘位置的设计值,对于驾驶员的驾驶舒适性设计有一定的指导 意义。
