Abstract: The problem of low-voltage battery power loss of vehicles is a common problem that plagues the use of vehicles. This article introduces an automatic replenishment scheme of lowvoltage battery of new energy vehicles. The vehicle gateway control unit is periodically awakened to monitor the battery power status. The gateway control unit does not wake up the entire vehicle during power detection, and basically does not consume low-voltage battery power. When it is detected that the low-voltage battery power is lower than the set threshold, the gateway control unit sends a message to control the high-voltage power-on, and recharges the low-voltage battery in a silent manner, so that the vehicle can be parked for a long time with power, which eliminates the user's troubles and greatly improves user's experience.

摘要: 汽车低压蓄电池亏电问题是困扰用户车辆使用的一个常见问题,文章介绍一种新能源 汽车低压蓄电池自动补电方案。通过定时唤醒车辆网关控制单元来监控蓄电池电量状态,在 进行电量检测时并不唤醒整车,基本不消耗低压蓄电池电量。当检测到低压蓄电池电量低于 设定阈值时,网关控制单元发送报文控制高压上电,以静默方式为低压蓄电池补电,从而使 车辆可以带电长期停放,消除了用户困扰,极大提升了用户用车体验。
