Abstract: The diversification of students is the inevitable trend after the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges. The traditional unified training method obviously can not meet the requirements. The teaching method should be changed according to the change of learning situation to ensure the quality of talent training. Under this background, combined with the characteristics of automobile professional courses, a new layered teaching mode based on hybrid learning is proposed, and the motor and control system maintenance course is taken as an example for practical research. The specific realization process is expounded from five aspects: students' stratification, teaching objectives stratification, online teaching design, offline teaching design and examination and evaluation stratification. The practice results show that the hybrid layered teaching has well mobilized the learning enthusiasm of students at all levels and achieved good teaching results.

摘要: 生源多样化是高职院校扩招后的必然趋势,统一培养方式显然已无法满足要求,应根 据学情变化变革教学方式,保障人才的培养质量。在此背景下,结合汽车类专业课程的特点, 提出一种基于混合式学习的新型分层教学模式,并以电机及控制系统检修课程为例进行实践 研究。从学生分层、教学目标分层、线上教学设计、线下教学设计和考核评价分层五个方面 阐述具体实现过程。实践结果表明,混合式分层教学很好地调动了各层级学生的学习积极性, 取得了较好的教学成效。
