摘要: 在中国大学生电动方程式汽车大赛(FSEC)电动赛车的设计中,操纵稳定性和轻量化 是赛车设计过程中必不可少的环节。齿轮齿条传动机构能够极大可能地满足赛车操纵稳定性 的设计要求,同时可以保证赛车轻量化。在中国大学生电动方程式汽车大赛(FSEC)赛车中 由于空间有限以及对轻量化的需求,传统齿轮齿条转向器难以满足性能需求。文章设计一款 间隙可调转向器,采用特定的偏心轮结构,对长时间磨损造成的间隙进行调节,保证赛车的 转向性能及操纵稳定性。

Abstract: In the design of FSEC electric racing car, handling stability and lightweight are essential links in the design process of racing car. The rack and pinion transmission mechanism can meet the design requirements of handling stability of racing car, and at the same time can ensure the lightweight of racing car. In FSEC racing car, due to limited space and the need for lightweight, traditional rack and pinion steering can not meet the performance requirements. In this paper, a clearance adjustable steering gear is designed, which uses a specific eccentric wheel structure to adjust the clearance caused by long-term wear, so as to ensure the steering performance and handling stability of the car.
