破解电动车火灾扑救关键技战术的几点思考

摘要: 近年来,电动自行车(以下简称电动车)火灾事故频发,小火亡人时有发生,损失和 影响巨大。文章通过开展电动车关键部件结构研究、分析两类电动车危险因素、结合灭火救 援教育培训实践经验,归纳总结关键技术。为减少此类事故的发生,降低伤亡及财产损失, 力求“打小、打早、打了”,初战控火应科学设置警戒,合理选择阵地,侦察救人逐步深入。 进一步为广大用户、各级管理部门及专兼职灭火救援人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。

Abstract: In recent years, electric bicycle fire accidents occur frequently, and small fire deaths occur from time to time, causing severe loss and huge impact. Based on the research of key components structure of electric vehicles, analysis of the risk factors of two types of electric vehicles, combined with the experience of fire-fighting and rescue education and training, the author summarizes the key technologies of this kind of fire-fighting and rescue. Strive to reduce the occurrence of such accidents, casualties and property lose, Strive to"fight small, fight early, fight", the initial fire control should set up scientific alert, reasonable choice of position, reconnaissance and rescue gradually in-depth. providing effective reference for the majority of users, management departments at all levels and full-time and part-time fire-fighting and rescue personnel.
