智能高边用于电子保险丝的能量分析和计算

摘要: 随着汽车电子技术的发展,电子电气架构的升级也带动了英飞凌智能功率器件在车身 功率分配和负载驱动的大规模应用。当电子保险丝控制大感量负载,如雨刮、鼓风机、风扇、 继电器等,需要考虑负载关断时产生的能量对系统的冲击,同时驱动器件不能被该能量击穿。 文章提供了评估测量感性能量的方法和工具,在一个明确定义的应用场景中,将瞬间关断时 产生的能量与高边电子开关本身的钳位能力进行对比,从而保证智能功率器件及系统可以长 期可靠工作。

Abstract: With the development of automotive electronic technology, upgrading of electronic architecture also drives the large-scale application of intelligent power device in vehicle load drive. For loads with large sensing capacity, such as wipers, blowers, fans and relays, the impact of the energy generated when the load is turned off on the system needs to be considered, and the driver cannot be broken down by the energy. This paper provides a method and tool to evaluate and measure the inductive energy. In a well-defined application scenario, the energy generated by instantaneous turn off is compared with the energy capability of intelligent power device itself to ensure whether the intelligent power device and system can work reliably for a long time.
