摘要: 车身轻量化水平的提高既能降低油耗又能提高续航里程,这对燃油汽车和新能源汽车 意义重大。文章着重对车身轻量化设计方法进行探讨,挖掘车身轻量化设计中的根本原理, 列举了相关方法的计算公式,从材料、结构、工艺三方面做了详细阐述,并就其在国内外实 体车身上的应用现状进行简要说明,总结能够实现局部强化、整体减重、性能优良的轻量化 设计方法。

关键词: 车身轻量化;设计方法;应用现状

Abstract: The improvement of body lightweight level can not only reduce fuel consumption, but also improve driving range, which is of great benefit to fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles. This paper focuses on the discussion of body lightweight design methods, excavates the fundamental principles of body lightweight design, lists the calculation formulas of relevant methods, expounds in detail from three aspects of material, structure and technology, briefly describes its application status on solid bodies at home and abroad, and summarizes the lightweight design methods that can realize local strengthening, reduce overall weight, and have good performance.
