车用铝导线技术方案分析

摘要: 文章以蓄电池正极线为突破口,探讨用铝导线来代替铜导线的可能性。铝导线通过采 用铝筒压接,与铜端子通过摩擦焊连接的方法,生产出一种新型的汽车用蓄电池正极线。该 新型线束通过金相分析、台架试验和整车搭载可靠性试验后,均未发现明显的问题。该新型 线束的成本、重量均比同参数要求的铜导线低 30%左右,表现出良好的应用前景。

Abstract: In this paper, the possibility of using aluminum wire to replace copper wire is discussed. A new type of positive wire for automobile battery is produced by pressing aluminum conductor with aluminum cylinder and connecting copper terminal with friction welding. After passing metallographic analysis, bench test and vehicle reliability test, no obvious problems were found. The cost and weight of the new wire harness are about 30% lower than that of copper wire with the same parameter requirements, showing a good application prospect.
