摘要: 热喷涂技术作为一种新型表面加工技术,在汽车零部件领域的应用逐渐受到人们的重 视。文章概述了高速火焰喷涂和等离子喷涂,这两种常见汽车零部件涉及的热喷涂工艺,介 绍了相应的工艺原理和特点,并分别对其工艺影响因素进行分析,同时也总结了现有工作的 不足,为热喷涂工艺在汽车零部件的工艺优化和日常过程管理提供思路。

Abstract: As a new type of surface processing technology, thermal spray technology has gradually attracted people’s attention in the field of automobile parts. Two kinds of common thermal spray technology, high velocity air fuel and plasma spray, which are applicable to automobile parts were summarized. Thermal spray principles, processes, characteristics were described briefly in the review. Moreover, the influencing factors of each thermal spray technology were discussed, also took stock of the shortcomings of the existing work, providing reference for the process optimization and daily process management of thermal spray technology in the automobile industry.
