The Teaching Reform of the Integration of Competition and Education in the Vehicle Engineering under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要: 基于新工科背景下人才培养特点的研究,提出产出导向的赛教融合模式构建应用型人 才培养体系与课程体系的方法,实践并总结了新工科背景下赛教融合车辆工程专业人才培养 教学体系设计理念。同时,以需求为导向“反向设计”了体现新工科多学科交叉融合和赛教 融合为特征的知识结构与课程教学体系。三届就业评价与竞赛成绩表明,赛教融合教学理念 与人才培养体系更能突出以学生为本、能力为主的教学特色,学生的创新意识与创新能力明 显提升,故赛教融合教育改革模式值得推广。

Abstract: Based on the background of the characteristics of talent training, put forward the output oriented teaching fusion mode build applied talent training system and curriculum system method, practice and summarizes the new engineering background fusion vehicle engineering professional personnel training teaching system design concept, and the demand oriented "reverse design" reflects the new engineering interdisciplinary fusion and the characteristics of knowledge structure and course teaching system. The results of the three employment evaluation and competitions show that the teaching concept and talent training system of competition and education can highlight the student-oriented and ability-oriented teaching characteristics, and the students' innovation consciousness and ability are significantly improved, so the education reform mode of competition and education is worth promoting.
