某款变速箱放油螺栓结合面渗油问题失效 机理与预防措施研究

摘要: 渗油是机械制造领域普遍存在的质量难题,变速箱螺栓结合面渗油更是车辆维护中十 分常见和棘手的问题,其不仅造成了资源浪费和环境污染,还可能引发设备故障、造成安全 隐患。文章针对某变速箱在早期使用阶段频发的螺栓结合面渗油问题进行了故障分析,探讨 了渗油核心机理,并针对性地提出了纠正方案,即通过引入工装防错设计、双层级检测规范 与装配工艺优化的三位一体综合解决方案。实施后故障率显著下降,方案具备结构改动小、 成本低、易推广的特点,为变速箱密封可靠性设计提供了理论支撑,可推广应用于同类渗油 问题的处理。

Abstract: Oil seepage is a prevalent quality issue in the field of mechanical manufacturing. Interface oil seepage in transmissions is a particularly common and challenging problem in vehicle maintenance, leading not only to resource waste and environmental pollution, but also potentially causing equipment failures and safety hazards. In response to the frequent occurrence of interface oil seepage in a certain type of transmission during its early usage stage, this paper conducts a systematic fault analysis, delves into the core mechanism of the seepage, and proposes targeted corrective measures. Innovatively, a tripartite solution is introduced, comprising error-proofing tooling design, a dual-level inspection protocol, and optimized assembly processes. After implementation, the failure rate significantly decreased. The solution features minimal structural modifications, low cost, and ease of promotion, providing theoretical support for the reliability design of transmission sealing.It can be widely applied to resolve similar oil seepage issues.
