比率监控在螺栓拧紧过程管控方面的应用

摘要: 针对螺栓拧紧过程中产生的浮钉问题进行分析,经分析扭矩-转角曲线发现失效螺栓曲 线与正常螺栓曲线存在差异。通过对曲线进行有效的分析识别,把整个拧紧曲线分成若干部 分,每部分曲线的起点和终点可以根据实际过程状况进行设定,通过设定起点与终点的扭矩 和角度差的变化比率,间接地实现对该部分曲线变化进行有效约束,从而达到对整个拧紧过 程的监控。同时,探究了扭矩-转角比率法在螺栓歪斜、型号错误、螺纹异常、螺纹孔异物监 控效果,对螺栓拧紧过程实施更加严格的过程管控,对于高要求、高精度的螺栓拧紧的管控 提供参考依据。

Abstract: The article analyzes the problem of floating nails during bolt tightening. By analyzing the torque angle curve, it is found that there is a difference between the failed bolt curve and the normal bolt curve. Through effective analysis and identification of the curve, the entire tightening curve is divided into several parts. The starting and ending points of each part of the curve can be set according to the actual process conditions. By setting the ratio of the change in torque and angle difference between the starting and ending points, effective constraints on the changes in this part of the curve are indirectly achieved, thereby monitoring the entire tightening process. At the same time, the torque angle ratio method is explored for its effectiveness in monitoring bolt skew, model errors, thread abnormalities, and foreign objects in threaded holes, implementing stricter process control for bolt tightening and providing reference for the control of high demand and highprecision bolt tightening.
