摘要： 发展新质生产力需要高层次的技术技能人才，基于汽车产业“电动化、网联化、智能 化”的总体发展趋势，必须探究新的人才培养模式。文章对“岗课赛证创设”融通育人模式 的内涵和实施原则进行了阐述，并对“岗课赛证创设”融通育人模式的实施进行了积极探索， 为人才培养质量的提高提供了参考和借鉴。

关键词: 岗课赛证创；人才培养；高职院校；汽车检测与维修技术专业

Abstract: Developing new productive forces requires high-level technical and skilled talents. Based on the overall development trend of the automotive industry towards electrification, networking, and intelligence, it is necessary to explore new talent cultivation models. This article elaborates on the connotation and implementation principles of the integrated education model of "job course competition certificate creation", and actively explores the implementation of the integrated education model of "job course competition certificate creation", providing reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation.
