Abstract: In order to cope with the increasing competition, many vehicle companies beign to develop electric vehicle architecture projects. Due to the change of internal and external environmental, the electric vehicle architecture projects needs to adopt an agile development model for dynamic iteration, which increases the complexity of architecture budget management. Combined with the agile development project of electric vehicle architecture of a new energy vehicle enterprise, this paper analyzes the special use and pain points of electric vehicle architecture budget, as well as the necessity of establishing a comprehensive budget management mechanism, and puts forward solutions such as strengthening budget process control, emphasizing unpredictable costs, establishing a "point-line-surface" three-dimensional budget management mechanism, and clarifying input and output, in order to provide reference for other companies in the same industry to improve the level of budget management.
