摘要: 为深入剖析某车型组合仪表黑屏问题的根源,提升组合仪表品质提供解决方案。文章 针对某车型组合仪表黑屏问题展开分析,通过对问题现象、原因进行排查,快速定位问题, 提升产品品质。针对改进方案软件进行实车验证,最终达到预期效果,证明改进方案有效可 行。为其他车型平台同类问题的技术攻关提供了思路与借鉴,也为后续新车型组合仪表的开 发提供经验教训,避免重复问题再次发生。

Abstract: To deeply analyze the root cause of the black screen failure in the Instrument cluster of a certain vehicle model and provide solutions for improving the quality of the instrument cluster. In this paper, the failur of instrument cluster is analyzed, diagnoses the symptoms and causes to quickly locate issues, and improves product quality. Testing and validating the improved software solution in a full vehicle environment, it has achieved the expected results, demonstrating that the improvement plan is effective and feasible. It provides insights and reference for the similar issues in other vehicle platforms, as well as lessons learned for the development of new model instrument clusters to avoid the recurrence of duplicate issues in the future.
