摘要: 文章介绍了一种基于累计损伤理论的汽车差速器壳体疲劳寿命仿真分析方法。首先通 过 MASTA 建立整车传动系统的分析模型,以台架试验的加载扭矩作为输入载荷,获取差速 器壳体的瞬态工况受力情况。之后在差速器壳体的有限元模型上进行静力学分析,获取旋转 一周时的应力历程。最后在 FEMFAT 中进行瞬态疲劳寿命分析,获取了差速器壳体的累计损 伤和疲劳寿命。通过差速器疲劳寿命台架试验,验证了该仿真方法的准确性和可靠性,可应 用在差速器壳体的设计开发中。

Abstract: This study establishes an analysis model of the entire vehicle transmission system through MASTA, and uses the loading torque from the bench test as the input load to obtain the transient stress situation of the differential housing under working conditions. Afterwards, a static analysis is conducted on the finite element model of the differential housing to obtain the stress history during one revolution. Finally, transient fatigue life analysis is conducted in FEMFAT to obtain the cumulative damage and fatigue life of the differential housing. The accuracy and reliability of this simulation method are verified through differential fatigue life bench tests, which can be applied in the design and development of differential housings.
